The kitchen-table version
We're a small crew that does one thing: heating and cooling for the homes of the Merrimack Valley. We got into heat pumps because the technology finally earned it in this climate, and we stayed disciplined about the fundamentals — load calculations, clean installs, honest advice about repair versus replace — because that's what makes the equipment actually deliver.
Working on Lowell-area housing is its own education. Triple-deckers with a century of renovations layered inside them, steam boilers older than the interstate, additions that were never tied into the heating plan. We like these houses. They reward contractors who measure and punish the ones who guess.
What we don't do
No plumbing, no electrical-only work, no commercial refrigeration. If your job needs a licensed plumber or electrician alongside us, we'll say so up front and coordinate the schedule — we don't dabble outside our trade on your dime.
