One plan. Two visits a year. No fine print.

Heating season in Massachusetts runs six months and your equipment works for every one of them. An annual plan keeps small problems small — and keeps you off the emergency list in January.

The Ventana annual plan

What you get

A heating tune-up every fall

Before the first real cold, we go through your furnace, boiler, or heat pump: clean it, test it under load, check safety controls and venting, and flag anything trending toward a mid-winter failure while it's still a cheap fix.

A cooling tune-up every spring

Before the first heat wave: coils cleaned, refrigerant charge and electrical components checked, condensate drains cleared — the drain clog we clear in May is the ceiling stain you don't get in July.

Priority when it matters

  • Plan members go to the front of the line during cold snaps and heat waves.
  • We track your schedule and call you — you don't have to remember.
  • A written condition report after every visit: what we did, what we found, what to watch.
  • Filters changed at every visit.

Plan pricing: call(978) 761-7590 and we'll quote it in one phone call. It depends on what equipment you have, so we'd rather ask two questions than publish a number with an asterisk on it.

Why bother

Maintenance is boring. That's the point.

Most of the no-heat calls we run in January trace back to something a fall tune-up would have caught: a weak igniter, a dirty flame sensor, a circulator on its way out. And a system that's clean and correctly charged simply costs less to run — dirt and neglect make every piece of HVAC equipment work harder for the same result.

Maintenance also protects your paperwork. Most equipment manufacturers require proof of annual service to honor their warranties — skipping tune-ups can quietly void coverage on a system you just paid real money for.
